QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPLICANTS:
 1.  Total Household Income should be three (3) times the rent amount.
 2.  Credit Score Requirement:  680 and above
 If Credit Score is less that 680,  a co-signor with at least 700 credit score and a double deposit is required.

Send it in with the $30 processing fee or drop it off at our office in person.
